Year 1 (2026–2027) // Build the Base: "The Misfits"

• Focus: Identity in Christ & Personal Integrity (Romans 12:2).
• Target: Anchor student-athletes in an unshakeable identity so they stop conforming to toxic locker room pressures.
• Key Deliverable: Launch the 12-week Misfits curriculum and equip 15–20 core student leaders across target high schools.

Year 2 (2027–2028) // Expand the Reach: "Culture Shifters"

• Focus: Locker Room Climate & "Thermostat" Leadership (Matthew 5:14–16).
• Target: Transition athletes from passive thermometers who reflect culture into thermostats who set the temperature through humility and service.
• Key Deliverable: Scale to 25 campus huddles using a regional cluster model and deploy volunteer Character Coaches to team rosters.

Year 3 (2028–2029) // Multiply the Movement: "Legacy"

 

• Focus: Sustainable Pipeline & Disciple Multiplication (2 Timothy 4:7–8).
• Target: Build an eternal impact that outlasts high school careers through stewardship and generation-to-generation leadership.
• Key Deliverable: Establish self-sustaining huddle leader pipelines, full middle school feeder integration, and 100% regional saturation.

Bottom Line: Compete differently (Year 1), set the climate (Year 2), and multiply eternity (Year 3).
